Refund policy for Shenzhen BlueWhite Products

Shenzhen BlueWhite products can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that the return shipping duration may take up to 20 days from the date of dispatch.

Once your returned item reaches our fulfillment center in the country of export, the refund process will commence. It typically takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed, followed by an additional 2-5 business days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your original payment method.

If you return a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you will receive a full refund once the return is processed. However, please be aware that if you damage the product and return it, Shenzhen BlueWhite will not be responsible for any refund.

For returns due to reasons other than defects, original delivery fees are non-refundable. Additionally, Shenzhen BlueWhite reserves the right to deduct return shipping fees to cover international and local return costs.
